“An intimate dinner prepared from local meat, seafood, produce and bread was a great start to Edenwild’s new offerings as a dining destination on Lopez Island. Prepared by Chef Skylar Smith, we had a very well thought out local feast. Each course showcased local favorites with a unique take. The nettle soup was my favorite. Everyone had a great time and the wine pairings flowed and were enjoyed by many. We recalled after the meal that it was equal to a top-notch gourmet dinner in the city. Anyone staying at the Edenwild will be thrilled to find this new addition to the Inn, and anyone passing through or planning a trip to Lopez should make it a destination.”
